Hello everyone....
I started this tribe with the hopes that anyone interested in agriculture would be able to gather information here. I have been lucky enough to be around other rural queers to help get our farm going. If anyone "out" there has any questions or tips on either animal husbandry or growing veggies, please post them here. I hope that this tribe will also bring queers outside the mainstream together. Now go grow something queen!

Wed, March 24, 2004 - 11:18 AMI don't live on a farm now, but was raised on one in the middle of the corn in the middle of nowhere, Illinois. Spent my whole childhood wanting to go to the city, and now all I want is my own little farm. Planning to start shopping for a good piece of land next year. I want to have a big veggie garden, extensive flower gardens (which is all I have now at my little house in town) and some chickens and other misc. farm animals - definitely a pig, and maybe a llama? Barn cats are of course necessary, and maybe an old dog. I'm happy to know there are other fags on farms about...
