I got up this morning to a crisp morning of cool air and it made me think of being back home, Going out and breaking the ice on the horse waterer, water the hogs and chickens, cutting wood for the stove, and thinking about all the other stuff that I would have been doing before breakfast.......... Damn I miss that! Now if only I could find a guy that had that or missed it too that wanted to go back to it!

Mon, April 24, 2006 - 8:55 AMWhere had you been living in the country? I am thinking about going back to a small country town in Central PA to visit next month. My cousin has a 150 head dairy herd. The whole area is staying rural as the Amish are moving in. I hope to spend part of my vacation there each year.
