Hey guys, just sayin' hi. I grew up in a family full of farmers, wouldn't mind some day moving out of the Bay Area and doing a bit of organic farming myself.

Very cool. One of hte only things I hate about our condo building - no outdoor living space. I'm seriously considering going to the HOA and asking them to let me dig up the front lawn for a "community garden" if we stay here much longer.
What do you can?

Tue, August 30, 2005 - 10:46 AMa community garden would be more fun and a better use of the space than a front lawn :-) You should try it..... its amazing what you can grow in a limited space when you are creative.. -

Sat, February 11, 2006 - 5:37 AMHi Gov.,
I'm still living in the country outside Toronto. I really missed the country when I taught in Pusan.
I raise Belgian horses and teach computers studies. It's a good life.

Re: Howdy
Thu, February 16, 2006 - 10:24 AMI'm new to this tribe; just wanted to say hi. I also garden on a small scale - my goal is to have some fresh fruits and vegetables for myself and to share from my garden year round. I'd especially enjoy connecting with other Hawai'i gardeners...
